Milestone 2: Open Your Eyes
Participants identify their top strengths and gain insight into their unique talents.

Milestone 3: Look at Your Life
They evaluate personal life dimensions, such as relationships and environment, and clarify their core values.

Milestone 4: Define Your Future
Participants create nine personal “power words” and develop a summary statement that defines their future vision.

Milestone 5: Brainstorming Session
A creative brainstorming process helps participants explore various potential life paths.

Milestone 6: Goal Setting and Personalized Roadmap
Participants set clear, achievable goals and develop a personalized roadmap with actionable milestones.

Milestone 7: Strategic Planning
They create step-by-step action plans while anticipating challenges and devising solutions.

Milestone 8: Path Confirmation

MEET YOUR COACH

Coach Kat Frati

Hello! I’m Coach Kat Frati, and I’m passionate about helping young adults navigate their 20s and show them how to leverage their strengths to design a fulfilling life beyond academia. My own journey began in the 1980s when I pursued two science degrees, driven by a deep desire to create a fulfilling life. However, like many, I faced significant challenges early in my career, including feeling stuck in a job that didn’t fit, neglecting my well-being, and experiencing anxiety.

At 26, I hit rock bottom

In 1989, I had “burned the candle at both ends” too long and was forced to make transformative changes in my life. It was hard work, but with resilience and determination (over decades) I not only survived but learned to thrive.

One of the most pivotal moments in my journey was discovering CliftonStrengths®.

This tool allowed me to truly “see myself” through the lens of my strengths, providing a clear and empowering perspective on my unique abilities and potential.

The vibrant and fulfilling life I’ve worked hard to create showcases my power of embracing uncertainty and living authentically.

I’ve had the joy of watching my four children launch into independent adulthood, traveling the country in our RV with my husband (yes, I drive it!), and helping countless young adults discover THEIR strengths and create sustainable, fulfilling lives.

Today, my life aligns beautifully with my strengths, values, dreams, and desires. I find immense joy in guiding others through their own journeys of self-discovery and growth.

Using the CliftonStrengths tool and my signature program, Just Become You, I help others see their own strengths, empowering them to navigate life’s uncertainties with confidence and purpose.

If you’re looking for a mentor who has walked the path, overcome the challenges, and emerged stronger, I’m here for you. Let’s work together to unlock your potential and create a life that truly reflects who you are and what you aspire to be.

These wonderful humans are the main reason I am committed to helping people “play to their strengths”. After having endured cancer treatment for Hodgkins Lymphoma at age 29, I gave birth to four beautiful souls whom I considered my “rewards” for surviving. I was divinely guided to notice their uniqueness at a young age and “train them to leave me” so they can fulfill their humanly purpose on this planet. See how we are all together as a family, but noticeably different? This is how we are in the world, too.

We are the same, but different.
